We’re now counting down the days to the election, and, regardless of your stance on it, you’re probably more than ready to get the thing over with already. And you’re probably going to need a drink or five to get through it. We’re here for you, with our five drink election night menu.
We’re calling today’s drink the Russian Hack. It’s a Manhattan, infiltrated by vodka. To add a little more intrigue to the recipe, we’re using the throwback Storico Cocchi Vermouth di Torino instead of a modern sweet vermouth.
Election Drinks: The Russian Hack Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz vodka
- 1 1/4 oz Cocchi di Torino
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Instructions
- Stir with ice until that ice is well melted.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
