25 Dec Merry Christmas Family Cocktail
Merry Christmas Family Cocktail
Today, we wish you a very Merry Christmas; or, if you’re not one to celebrate Christmas, we wish you a happy December 25th. We’re grateful for you tuning in for some liquor basics, cocktail recipes, and reviews.
We’re spending Christmas with family, in all it’s loving, dynamic-filled glory. Families are like that, right? So good and so complicated all at once.
It’s only fitting that today’s cocktail of the day is one that was a family affair. My mom asked us for some drink recipes for a party she was having. But before we could get back to her, she discovered this one. They made it for their party, and it was a hit. My dad was on camera duty and sent me a fabulous run of photos.
It’s pretty and simple, and it makes for a great mocktail if your family includes people who don’t drink (either because they’re small children or because they don’t like it). We hope it is a festive addition to your celebration, and maybe a coping companion if needed.
Merriest of Christmases to you!
