Croatia Week: 2343 Mojo (Mocktail)

We think it’s important to put some effort into the drinks we serve our guests who are abstaining from alcohol. They might not be quite as complex as a cocktail, but we want our mocktails to get as close as possible. In honor of the famous Croatian marasca cherries, we used cherry juice as our base here. With its front end punch of tart cherries and complex layering of herbs, some people couldn’t even quite believe it was non-alcoholic. We took that as a high compliment. And while all our drinks for this Croatian event were named in honor of a famous leadership class, we had to have one that paid tribute to the fine embassy that was hosting us. We’ll be back to party at 2343 Mass Ave soon.
